What this notice covers

This notice explains what Rowanhill Brands, LLC, operating horsewoodofficial.com, does with information about you. It covers the website and our customer support, and it is written to be read rather than to be survived.

Information you give us

When you place an order you provide a name, a delivery address, an email address and a phone number. When you email or call support you provide whatever you choose to tell us. When you write a review after a verified order you provide the text, and optionally an age and a city.

Information collected automatically

Our server keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.

Payment data

We never see your full card number. Payment is handled by our checkout processor, which is responsible for capturing and storing card data under its own security standards. What reaches us is an order record, the last four digits and an authorisation result. Nobody at HorseWood will ever ask you for card details by email or telephone.

Why we hold it

To ship your order, to answer your questions, to process a refund inside the 60-day window, and to keep the tax and sales records United States law requires us to keep. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Our fulfilment warehouse receives the name and address needed to deliver the parcel. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take payment. Our email provider carries the order confirmation. None of them may use your data for their own marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade customer lists.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Server logs are rotated after 90 days.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order and delivery emails.

Children

HorseWood is a product for adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
