Shipping, returns and how to reach us

Shipping

HorseWood orders are picked and dispatched from our United States warehouse within one business day of the order clearing. Standard domestic delivery then runs roughly three to seven business days depending on your state. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next business day.

The six-bottle pack ships free within the United States. The two-bottle and three-bottle packs carry a standard shipping charge, calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. Nothing is added after you press the button.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not reached you within 48 hours of your confirmation email, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Typical windows once the parcel is moving: two to four business days for the South and the East Coast, three to five for the Midwest and Texas, four to seven for the Mountain states, the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii. These are the carrier's estimates rather than a promise from us, and the first week of December is slower everywhere.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as lost, stalled or delivered to the wrong address, email or call us with the order number and we reship at our cost. A delivery failure is our problem, not yours, and it does not need to eat into your 60-day guarantee window.

Returns, step by step

1. Contact us within 60 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or call +1 (859) 412-0788 with your order number and say you want to return.
2. We issue a return authorisation. You get an RA number and the returns address by email, usually the same business day.
3. Post the bottles back. All of them, opened or unopened, with the RA number on the outside of the parcel. Return postage is yours.
4. We refund the purchase price. Issued within one to two business days of the parcel arriving, landing on your statement five to ten business days later depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable. That is the only exclusion. Full detail is in the refund policy.
