Identity
Every incoming botanical is tested to confirm it is the species on the purchase order before it is released into production. Adulteration in the herbal supply chain is real, and identity testing is the cheapest place to catch it.
Free U.S. shipping on the 6-bottle pack. Every order carries the 60-day money-back promise.

How it is made
HorseWood is manufactured in the United States, in a facility registered with the Food and Drug Administration and operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice. Below is what that actually means in practice, and what it does not mean.
Independent testing for purity and potency happens on every production run before it is released for bottling. We are describing a standard industry protocol here rather than naming a laboratory or publishing certificates, because the certificate on a website is worth exactly as much as the reader's ability to verify it, which in practice is nothing. What follows is the checklist the facility works to.
Every incoming botanical is tested to confirm it is the species on the purchase order before it is released into production. Adulteration in the herbal supply chain is real, and identity testing is the cheapest place to catch it.
Each production run is assayed to confirm the extract ratios on the HorseWood label are what is actually in the capsule. A 100:1 Tongkat Ali extract that turns out to be 10:1 is not a rounding error, it is a different product.
Runs are screened for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against the facility's release limits. Root and berry botanicals draw from soil, so this screen is not optional for a formula built the way ours is.
Total plate count, yeast, mould and pathogen screening on every run. Capsules are a dry format, which helps, but helps is not the same as guaranteed.
Seven actives means seven supply relationships, and the two that matter most are the two doing the heaviest lifting. The Tongkat Ali in HorseWood is bought as a finished 100:1 root extract rather than as raw root, because standardising the ratio at the extraction stage is the only way to know what ends up in each capsule. The saw palmetto is a berry extract for the same reason.
We buy from suppliers who provide a certificate of analysis with each lot and who accept our own incoming testing rather than asking us to take theirs on trust. When a lot fails identity or potency it goes back, which occasionally costs us a production window. That is the trade we made when we decided to print real milligram amounts on the label instead of a blend total.
Current Good Manufacturing Practice is a framework for how a facility operates: cleaning between runs, equipment calibration, batch records, identity testing of incoming material, controlled storage. It is a real standard and it is enforced by inspection. It is also frequently oversold in supplement marketing, so here is the boundary.
cGMP does not mean HorseWood has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, because no dietary supplement is approved before sale. It does not mean the ingredients have been proven to treat a condition. It means the bottle contains what the label says it contains, made in a facility that can prove how it was made. That is a manufacturing promise, not a clinical one, and we are not going to stretch it into something it is not.
Manufacturing standards only hold if the storage does. Finished HorseWood stock moves from the facility to a single climate-controlled warehouse in the United States, and that warehouse is the only place your bottle has been before it reaches your door. Every bottle carries a printed expiry, stock is picked oldest first, and we do not hold inventory long enough for that to become interesting.
This is the practical reason we refuse to supply marketplaces. Once a pallet leaves for a third-party reseller, the chain we just described stops. We would have no idea whether the bottle you opened spent two months in a warehouse without climate control, and neither would you.
